A Jar of Joy provides you with 365 days of inspiration, motivation and c'mon-get-happy words of encouragement to fill your life with a little more joy. Each jar contains 365 Joy Slips on which there is a quote, mantra or phrase for you to ponder as well as a small task for you to do that day. It's recommended to take your daily Joy Slip in the morning with your other vitamins and morning rituals.

Each Jar of Joy includes 365 Joy Slips - one for every day of a year - that should be drawn out of the jar at random. Each Joy Slip contains a quote or thought that you should think about throughout the day and a task that you should complete with a smile sometime before the day is through.
The Joy Slips are themed to the jar that contain them.
